Fiscus & Stoneman, LLP, is a small professional law office located south of Portland in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Our firm is headed by two attorneys, each with decades of legal experience that can benefit you. While estate planning and estate administration are major focuses of our office, we also do extensive work in child advocacy — in the areas of juvenile delinquency, juvenile dependency and disputes within the educational system. Both of our attorneys are members of the National Association of Counsel for Children, and attorney Kathleen Stoneman has frequently been appointed to serve as a legal advocate on behalf of children in the legal system — whether in custody disputes or abuse and neglect proceedings. Attorney Tom Fiscus devotes volunteer time as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children of the tri county area who are in foster care.

We Are Certified Mediators and Arbitrators
Attorneys Tom Fiscus and Kathleen Stoneman are highly trained mediators and are both active members of the Oregon Mediation Association. In addition, Mr. Fiscus is a certified arbitrator in Multnomah and Washington Counties and is a member of the Oregon Bar Association Section on Alternative Dispute Resolution.
