Fiscus & Stoneman, LLP was founded by two attorneys who have advanced experience — and are old friends. Both Tom Fiscus and Kathleen Stoneman have each been practicing law for more than 25 years.
Under Tom and Kathleen's leadership, our law firm provides a variety of legal services — with a major focus on child advocacy and collaborative problem-solving in divorce and post-divorce conflicts.
Fiscus & Stoneman also handles business law and has a well-developed practice in estate planning and probate and real estate law.

In all legal matters, Fiscus & Stoneman emphasizes a collaborative problem-solving approach. We are trained negotiators, and in our decades of experience we have learned that our clients are more likely to obtain a result they are happy with if they negotiate a solution to a legal problem.
When a formal lawsuit is necessary, we use the legal system to actively pursue or protect our client's needs. In many cases, however, negotiation produces a better result than litigation.
Both Mr. Fiscus and Ms. Stoneman are trained and certified mediators, with advanced training in the processes of alternative dispute resolution.

Our law offices are located in Lake Oswego, just minutes from the Kruse Way exit from I-5. Free off-street parking is available. If your schedule does not allow you to make appointments during the day, our lawyers may be available on evenings or weekends.
