Both Mr. Fiscus and Ms. Stoneman have extensive experience as litigators, but are also trained and certified mediators, with advanced training in the processes of alternative dispute resolution. We have learned that, for many of our clients, resolving legal issues outside of the courtroom setting can provide a less expensive, faster and more satisfactory result. However, when a formal lawsuit is necessary, we actively use the legal system to pursue or protect our clients' interests.

Our law offices are located in Lake Oswego, Oregon just minutes from the Kruse Way exit from I-5. Free off-street parking is provided. If your schedule does not allow you to make appointments during the day, our lawyers will try to accommodate you with an evening or weekend appointment.
